Aria Systems, a leader in subscription billing solutions, had the right marketing automation platform — Marketo — but the wrong implementation. Our Approach

Workingarts began with a full audit of Aria’s automation environment. We cleaned up the Marketo instance, repaired broken workflows, and rebuilt campaign architecture to align with Aria’s brand and sales funnel. We also implemented behavioral lead scoring and ensured real-time sync with Salesforce. Todos components — from email flows to landing pages — were redesigned for usability, fidelity, and conversion.
